One-Stop IT Solutions

Your Hardware, Software and Vendors, Handled

Sourcing business technology properly takes time most people do not have. We handle it end to end. Laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, networking gear and software licensing, specified for your business rather than whatever is on special. Everything arrives configured, secured and ready to use. When something needs warranty support, we deal with the vendor so your staff never sit on hold.

What Our Cloud Backup Service Includes

Specified, not guessed

We match the equipment to the work. A reception machine and a machine running practice software are not the same purchase, and buying either wrong costs more than getting it right.

One supplier, one invoice

Hardware, software licensing and accessories from a single provider. No chasing three suppliers to work out who is responsible for what.

Delivered ready to work

Machines arrive imaged, joined to your network, with your applications installed and security configured. Staff sign in and start.

Secured before deployment

Encryption, endpoint protection and multi-factor authentication are set up before the device reaches a desk, not after something goes wrong.

Business warranties, not retail

We buy business grade hardware with next business day on-site warranty where it is available, so a failed machine is repaired at your office rather than posted away.

We deal with the vendors

Warranty claims, licensing renewals, support escalations and the phone queues that come with them. Your team calls us, we call them.

Why Business Hardware Costs More, and Why It Is Cheaper

A laptop from a retail chain and a business laptop with a similar specification can look like the same machine at very different prices. They are not.

Business models carry longer warranties, and more importantly the right kind of warranty. Next business day on-site cover means a technician attends and repairs the machine at your office. Return to base means the machine is boxed up and posted away, and your staff member has no computer for a week or more.

Business hardware is also built on stable component platforms, so the fifteen machines you buy this year are the same as the five you add next year. That means one image, one driver set, and predictable support.

Over three years, the cheaper machine is usually the more expensive one.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 01

Can you supply hardware, or do we buy it ourselves?

We can do either. Most clients have us supply it, because we buy business grade equipment with the correct warranty terms and it arrives configured and ready to use. If you prefer to purchase yourself, we will specify exactly what to buy and set it up when it arrives. We will also tell you honestly when the machine you are considering is the wrong one for the job.

  • 02

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. Replacing an entire fleet in one go is expensive and rarely necessary. We usually work through a rolling replacement, starting with the machines causing the most lost time, and standardise as we go. That spreads the cost across financial years and avoids a single large capital hit.

  • 03

Can you handle all vendor communication for us?

Yes. Warranty claims, licensing renewals, support escalations and the hold queues that come with them are handled by us. Your staff report the problem to one place and we take it from there, whether the issue sits with the hardware manufacturer, the software vendor or the internet provider.

  • 04

What software licensing do you manage?

Microsoft 365 and Windows licensing, antivirus and endpoint protection, backup platforms, and most common line of business applications. We track renewal dates so licences do not lapse unnoticed, and we review your licence count periodically, because most businesses are paying for seats that belong to people who left.

  • 05

Can you set up a new office?

Yes. Cabling, network hardware, internet connection, workstations, printers and phone systems, coordinated so everything is working on the day you move in rather than in the fortnight afterwards. Involve us early, because the cabling decisions are the ones that are expensive to change later.

  • 06

Do you dispose of old equipment?

Yes. Old machines are securely wiped before disposal or recycling, and we can provide confirmation of data destruction. This matters if the devices held client records, patient data or financial information, because a machine sold or thrown out with a readable drive is a data breach waiting to be reported.
